A premiere property will be built by one of our preferred builders, offering a magnificent home site with a tremendous vineyard view. Amenities on this site will include a private tennis court, pool, and pasture areas.

Custom Homes Now for Sale

Coming soon are elevations and floor plans for our current custom home that is for sale. Our custom home is 4,300 square feet, with 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a 3 car garage and an additional detached garage/shop area. Housing Design Requirements

Architectural design will be paramount at The Vineyard with an understated, Italian old world beauty. Homes built at the Vineyard will comply with community association regulations ensuring quality, beauty, tranquility and consideration of neighbors. Some building requirements include: old world Tuscan design, tile roofs and stone or stucco exteriors. There is also minimal lot line irrigation, in order to preserve the natural beauty of the landscape.

Builders

All builders who meet criteria are welcome to build at The Vineyard at Florence. Builders must meet the regulations established in our Design Guidelines and Codes, Covenants and Restrictions. All builders and subcontractors, when appropriate, must be licensed. All buildings are subject to three inspections by one of inspectors approved by The Vineyard at Florence.
